Is this legal advice?

No. The checker gives you a starting point based on public rules. Requirements and thresholds change, so confirm with the national register or your compliance scheme before you act.

I only send a few orders a month there. Does it still apply?

Often, yes. Some countries apply their rules from the first package, while others have thresholds. The breakdown shows what we know for each country you picked.

Do 3PLs cover EPR?

Usually not. A 3PL stores and ships your goods, but EPR obligations normally sit with the company that places the packaged product on the market in that country, which is often you, the seller. Some 3PLs sell compliance add-ons. Check your contract instead of assuming.

Where does EPR Insights fit in?

You add your packaging data once; we apply it to your Shopify orders, total it per country and material for each reporting period, and map it to each country's rules. The same packaging can be reported in different ways in different countries, and we handle that for you.
